A Little Scare...
I have not been feeling well for awhile. The health fair people told me in March to watch my blood pressure because it was borderline (whatever that means). I went to the nurse practioner last week for a routine check-up and all that girl stuff you have to have. My pressure was a little high and she asked me to come in on Monday for a re-check. So I toddle on over to the clinic and have my pressure taken-200 over 107. The nurses asked what was wrong because I was about ready to explode! So now I have become my Mother. I have to take medication to keep it down around normal. Today I checked - 124 over 88, still high, but not death-row. I'm pretty glad they caught it yesterday, I think that someone is watching over me just a little.

I think taht your just a little worried that your "Cougs" will get beat this saturday. Stress can do wierd things to blood pressure ya know. I'll really start getting worried about you turning into mom if you just sit on the couch all day watching baseball games!
My mom told me about your scare when we were in Fresno for Thanksgiving - that is crazy!! I am so glad that they caught that before you had something severe happen. I know that you have a lot on your mind right now, but if you can try to relax and don't get to stressed. Everything will be okay!!
